Ok, this a new favorite!
Cut a spaghetti Squash in half, clean out the inside (kinda like you would a pumpkin). Season with whatever seasonings you like, we use a garlic and herb seasoning. Get a casserole dish or whatever you can find and fill up to about an inch of water, and place squash face down, cover with a wet paper towel and microwave on high for 10 minutes or till the outer shell becomes soft when you poke it. Scrape the inside of squash out into a large bowl and add seasonings to taste. OR you can turn it into a salad by adding cubes of mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes and Italian dressing.
